Wedeco WEL ozone system
Wedeco WEL ozone generators produce ozone from water directly in ultrapure water, thereby ensuring highly effective elimination of microorganisms and biofilm. A huge advantage of producing ozone in water is the absence of impurities in the source gas. This method of ozone production makes it possible to provide uninterrupted, permanent and systematic protection against the resumption of bacterial growth in the ultrapure water system (pipelines and tanks).

WEL ozone generators continuously produce ozone in the water stream using a specially designed electrolytic unit. The heart of this electrolytic cell consists of an anode/cathode and a polymer integral electrolytic membrane, which acts as an insoluble electrolyte and separator in the cell. The process of electrolysis between the anode and the cathode leads to the production of ultrapure ozone in the water. At this time, ozone dissolves in technical water. Ozone concentration indicators can be continuously adjusted in the range from 0 to 100%.
The Wedeco WEL ozone generator can be used with the Wedeco E/ME series UV systems for ultrapure water.
