The confidentiality agreement is worked out according to the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About Protection of Personal Data" and other normative acts of Ukrainian legislation, regulating legal relations, connected with collection, processing, storage of personal data, as well as citizens' right for privacy and right for self-expression.
