The new modification of the WEDECO SMO and PDO ozone generation systems with the "evo" index is designed to obtain the maximum amount of ozone with the minimum consumption of electricity. This is ensured by the EFFION®evo electrodes, which require minimal maintenance, easy adaptation to different operating conditions thanks to individual execution, while reducing energy consumption by up to 20% compared to previous models.

Small modular ozone generators and GSA/GSO generators are designed to obtain ozone with a high concentration - up to 16% by weight with minimal power consumption. The parameters of the system are monitored and displayed on the screen, which ensures reliable and safe functioning of the equipment to obtain the maximum amount of ozone, minimize operating costs, with an absolute guarantee of reliability.

The equipment of the SMOevo series is intended for objects of small and medium productivity. It is the most flexible and reliable in operation. The ozone generation system and the control unit can be equipped with additional equipment, which makes it possible to adapt the system to various specific application conditions.

The design solution reduces the consumption of cooling water by up to 60%, with maximum energy efficiency, which leads to a significant reduction in operating costs.

Wedeco WEL ozone generators produce ozone from water directly in ultrapure water, thereby ensuring highly effective elimination of microorganisms and biofilm. A huge advantage of producing ozone in water is the absence of impurities in the source gas. This method of ozone production makes it possible to provide uninterrupted, permanent and systematic protection against the resumption of bacterial growth in the ultrapure water system (pipelines and tanks).
