Features
  • Optimal productivity is 400 m³/hour, maximum up to 1000 m³/hour.
  • TAK Smart system lamp modules are designed for long-term use, and the compact design of the UV lamp provides a high concentration of energy in a small space, which guarantees disinfection even with high volume flows and low ultraviolet radiation transmission coefficient of wastewater.
  • Increased economy and maximum durability are provided by amalgam UV lamps and Ecoray ballasts with low pressure and high power. The power system of Ecoray technology ensures maximum energy efficiency in all operating modes. Thus, in dimming mode, energy savings of up to 20% are ensured compared to existing technologies.
  • The OptiDose sensor system monitors real-time operating conditions such as flow, UV transmittance and intensity, and control logic adjusts power consumption to the minimum necessary to meet dosing requirements.
  • The maximum convenience of the operator's work is ensured with minimal maintenance. The EcoTouch controller combines all the sensor signals, alarms, SCADA connectivity and closed-loop control of OptiDose for easy monitoring and control.
  • Electrical components such as ballast cards are removed from the UV lamp modules for ease of maintenance and stable operation. The cabinets are designed to work both indoors and outdoors, including at high temperatures thanks to a special case and built-in air conditioner.
  • Mechanical cleaning system without reagent.
  • Like its counterpart TAK 55, the Smart system has the same configuration of UV lamps and a set of common equipment options. Fully assembled, including the decontamination channel, the system comes in five sizes. In addition, it can be adapted to the specific needs of the consumer with different types of channel materials, automatic glass cleaning system, cabinet design, as well as functional features of the management and control of the UV system.
