The equipment of the SMOevo series is intended for objects of small and medium productivity. It is the most flexible and reliable in operation. The ozone generation system and the control unit can be equipped with additional equipment, which makes it possible to adapt the system to various specific application conditions.
The design solution reduces the consumption of cooling water by up to 60%, with maximum energy efficiency, which leads to a significant reduction in operating costs.
- The generation unit and the power supply unit can be mounted both together and separately on a steel base, which allows you to significantly save space for the equipment to be placed.
- The ozone generator can be placed either vertically or horizontally according to local conditions.
- All piping is made of stainless steel on flanged connections with control devices and ozone concentration measuring devices.
- A 60% reduction in cooling water consumption is ensured.
- The compact placement of the generator, piping, and control and automation cabinets reduces the area occupied by up to 20%.
- The power supply unit is made on the basis of the latest semiconductor technologies (on the basis of BTIZ/IGBT) - bipolar transistors with an isolated gate for better control of the system.

Effizon evo 2G electrode technology is a key element of every Wedeco PDOevo PLUS ozone system. It has a glass core made of only high-strength borosilicate glass and stainless steel mesh, helping to achieve a level of reliability and energy efficiency not available in most other electrode technologies. Made entirely of inert materials, without fuses or coatings, it has high corrosion resistance. Therefore, Wedeco PDOevo PLUS generators practically do not require maintenance and regular cleaning or replacement of electrodes. In addition, thanks to intelligent electrode protection (IEP), they are not prone to false detection of electrode defects.
Wedeco SMOevo PLUS generators can be installed vertically or horizontally. The equipment, binding and power supply unit are optimally located to reduce the occupied area by up to 20%. The generator is equipped with advanced semiconductor technology (IGBT) for improved system control, and the air conditioning system allows it to operate in high temperature (up to 35 °C) and high humidity (up to 90%) conditions and prevents the loss of thermal power of electrical components.
SMOevo series equipment is available in two main configurations:
- Greenline – with maximum energy efficiency and low operating costs;
- Smartline is a budget type of equipment.
