• The power supply units are equipped with 12- or 18-pulse rectifiers, developed on the basis of the technology of conversion of electrical parameters using BTIZ/IGBT (insulated gate bipolar transistors). The mains voltage is from 380V to 690V.
• The air conditioning system separates the electrical components from the ambient air and provides protection class IP 54. This enables operation in ambient conditions at elevated temperatures (up to 35°C/95°F), high humidity (up to 90%), as well as in harsh or dusty conditions.
• All pipelines are made of stainless steel with all necessary control and measuring devices and determination of ozone concentration. Placement of pipeline fittings and devices ensure the greatest convenience of operation, maintenance and management.

Quick launch system.

The management of ozone production in PDOevo ozone systems is carried out in a fully automatic mode in the range of 1-100% (with an increase of 1%), depending on the actual required ozone consumption. Achieving full nominal ozone productivity is achieved in a maximum of two minutes, which is fundamental to the high overall efficiency of the control process. Mid-size PDOevo generators reach 100% output in 30 seconds.

Maximum use of ozone.

Effizon evo 2G electrode technology is a key element of every Wedeco PDOevo PLUS ozone system. It has a glass core made of only high-strength borosilicate glass and stainless steel mesh, helping to achieve a level of reliability and energy efficiency not available in most other electrode technologies. Made entirely of inert materials, without fuses or coatings, it has high corrosion resistance. Therefore, Wedeco PDOevo PLUS generators practically do not require maintenance and regular cleaning or replacement of electrodes. In addition, thanks to intelligent electrode protection (IEP), they are not prone to false detection of electrode defects.
