Implementation:

The general implementation scheme includes several stages:

  • Construction work to install the pavilion itself
  • Engineering and technical work on selection and complete set of basic pumping equipment and KVPIA
  • Development of a comprehensive pumping unit management system and dispatching of all the main parameters of the station work
  • Development and implementation of pumping station parameterization into the total SCADA system

    Specific solutions include the full range of engineering equipment and leading building materials.

    The land pavilic is module type and is quickly built on the object. The building materials that are not corroded over time are easily mounted and are released by the durability of use, while maintaining their optimal appearance.

   During the construction of the pumping station itself, the main pumping equipment, the well pump Lowara, complete with the original power cable of the required length, the temperature sensor of the PT100 electric motor and the hydrostatic sensor of the Keller level in the well. If necessary, outdated water lifting pipes are replaced with new with fast installation technology. Also, at the stage of construction of the pavilion, designers are developing a pumping station management system for the necessary parameters and wishes for the modes of operation of the pumping station. Thus, by the time of the interior finishing work in the pumping station, the main pumping equipment and the control system are ready for installation and commissioning. Before completing the main work, the development of a remote control system and monitoring by the entire SCADA system is carried out. For this purpose, the modes of operation of the pumping unit, the system of protection of the pump and electric motor, the system of protection of the building, emergency alarm system, microclimate system and functioning of the sensors and analyzers used are developed.

    Finally, the customer commits a full pumping station with all the necessary power supply, management, dispatching and emergency systems of the pumping station. Stations that submit water in automatic mode with the control of all the indicators required by the customer.
