The MagFlux® 7200 full-pass primary flowmeter transducer is manufactured with a hard rubber (HR) lining, which is the most optimal material for use in general water consumption metering devices. It has the best price-to-performance ratio on the market.

Application

MagFlux® Q 8200 is chosen for the organization of high-quality accounting of drinking, technological, salty and even hot salty water and wastewater.

Due to its design features, the MagFlux® Q flow meter is an ideal solution for use in the field of water supply and drainage, accounting for raised groundwater (at wells), aquaculture, water accounting in the agricultural sector and at port enterprises.

Due to optional equipment, it is easily adapted to any requirements for accounting of the measured environment or technological needs of the operator.

Features

MagFlux® set the gold standard for measurement accuracy with a total relative error of NO MORE than 0.25% over the entire speed range.
A wide range of flow velocity measurement in both forward and reverse directions - MagFlux® 7100, 7200, 7300: from 0.2 m/s to 10 m/s; MagFlux® Q 8200 from 0.1 m/s to 10 m/s.
The ergonomic design of MJK devices provides the possibility of connecting, for example, one graphic display to 4 MagFlux® flowmeters.
Built-in data logger (datalogger) with the ability to graphically display archives both on the display and on a Windows® OS computer connected via USB.
4-20 mA analog output to transmit flow values in one or both flow directions.
Two relay outputs and one digital input, programmable for calculation of accumulated liquid volume, dosing, high/low flow, pipe emptying and flow direction change.
Two built-in dynamic counters with a dosing function, protected by a password.
Several counters of the accumulated volume (totalizers) with/without the possibility of data reset.

The electromagnetic principle of measurement in combination with a high-quality primary converter without moving mechanical elements ensures the unsurpassed durability of the flowmeter without loss in accuracy and stability of the obtained results.
Thanks to the methodology developed by MJK for checking the metrological and technical characteristics of MagFlux® flowmeters, the operator can at any time order or independently conduct testing without blocking the flow and without dismantling the primary converter from the pipeline.
