Application

The LBX series has a wide range of sizes, which maximally adapts the structure to the flow ranges. U-, Z- and L-shaped reactors, as well as DN or ANSI flanges, provide maximum connection convenience for specific application conditions. For L-shaped systems, the patented OptiCone flow diverter improves overall hydraulics and minimizes the effect of inlet piping conditions, simplifying installation requirements.

Systems can be installed indoors or outdoors and in different orientations: horizontally, vertically, with the output flange turned. With different control modes, cabinet type and SCADA communication type, the LBX series can be easily configured according to the requirements of a specific facility. The control cabinet can be placed indoors or outdoors, even in high ambient temperatures, thanks to the optional stainless steel housing and air conditioning system.

The special arrangement of the lamps makes it possible to treat water with low UV transmittance.

Features
  • Maximum performance at low UV transmission coefficients.
  • Effective and environmentally safe inactivation of pathogenic bacteria, viruses, yeasts and parasites.
  • Exceptionally low operating costs thanks to efficient electronic control components of the new generation.
  • There are no by-products of disinfection (unlike chlorination).
  • Compact design.
  • Automatic mechanical cleaning system.
  • Radiation monitoring and control using a calibrated UV sensor.
  • An effective system for regulating the power of antibacterial radiation.
