Mechanical heat or cold-heat meter
The mechanical heat meter PolluTherm X / AN130 (installation in the supply pipeline) and PolluTherm / AN130 (installation in the return pipeline) is intended for commercial accounting of thermal energy in closed heating systems with a maximum temperature of the coolant up to 130 °C and an operating pressure of up to 1.6 MPa ( to order modification with working pressure up to 2.5 MPa). The combined version (Hyb) of the meter allows you to work with both heat and coolant (air conditioning systems, cold metering systems).
- Calibration interval 4 years.
- Standard delivery model PolluTherm X / PolluFlow (installation on the supply pipeline), on order model PolluTherm / PolluFlow (installation on the return pipeline).
- Accuracy class 2 according to the Technical Regulations.
- Coolant temperature up to 130 °C (on request 150 °C).
- Temperature difference range: 3...150K.
- A model (Hyb) for cold-heat metering is available to order.
- High accuracy is ensured by a high measurement frequency: temperature - every 2 seconds, consumption and power - every 4 seconds.
- The price of a pulsed input, standard delivery for DN 15 - DN 32 mm: 1 liter/pulse, for DN 40 mm: 10 liters/pulse.
- The type of measurement of the primary transducer is ultrasonic.
- Degree of protection IP54 (on order IP65 for use as part of a cold-heat meter).
- Two-wire or four-wire connection for Pt500 thermometers.
- The amount of heat is displayed on the display in - MWh (megawatt-hours).
- The number of main digits of the LCD display is 8, auxiliary digits on the second line are 6, and special characters are 12.
- Built-in IrDA optical interface for transmitting information using an optical head to a PC.
- Possibility to equip the heat calculator with an M-Bus module (according to EN1434-3) at any time.
- Possibility to equip the heat calculator at any time with an M-Bus module (according to EN1434-3) and with two additional inputs for connecting to 2 external counters equipped with a pulse output.
- It is possible at any time to equip the heat calculator with a module with a pulse output of thermal energy, pulse frequency = 10 kW x hour.
- Possibility to equip the heat calculator with the LONWORKS module at any time.
- Possibility to equip the heat calculator with a Modbus RTU module at any time.
- Built-in archives (data logger): freely configurable 1318 archive records, standard hourly archiving step, which ensures continuous cyclic data archiving for 54 days, service archive - 512 daily energy records.
- Storage of measurement and archive functions in case of power failure - up to 3 months.
- Autonomous power supply - at least 11 years (battery 3.6 V size D+).
- To order: from a 230V or 24V mains supply.
