•   Brass wedge nut designed as a fixed integral part of the wedge to prevent vibration and ensure durability

•   The wedge and nut are fully rubberized with EPDM rubber approved for drinking water according to the DWGV certificate

•   PA(Polyamide) wedge guides and housing guide rails allow the wedge to slide up and down easily, maintaining low operating torque even under high differential pressure

•   Three independent stem seals: an NBR dirt ring protects against contamination from the outside, four sealing rings surround the radial bearing, and an internal sleeve seal supported by an O-ring acts as the primary flow seal.

•   Corrosion protected by an epoxy coating applied to a GSK approved standard, blue RAL 5017

•   Additional polyurethane coating with a layer of at least 1500 μm, for protection against aggressive and polluted soils and stray current.
