This series of equipment includes:

The BX series is mainly intended for the disinfection of drinking water to bring it into compliance with sanitary standards. The reactor body with built-in grids to optimize the water flow is made of high-quality SS 316L stainless steel, provides a high level of disinfection with low energy consumption and is equipped with several high-efficiency low-pressure UV lamps WEDECO ECORAY®, which are placed parallel to the water flow. The system is easily integrated into the technological process due to its flexibility and many application options. Reactors can be installed in water supply systems both horizontally and vertically, and are also equipped with a separate distribution box. Compact design, U-shaped and winding connections, as well as the ability to change the flow direction, ensure the speed of installation in existing pipelines. Data about the operating mode, such as information about switching on/off, intensity of ultraviolet radiation or messages about other characteristics of the system, flow seamlessly through the appropriate interfaces to the technological process control system.

The adjustable power of the lamp is from 50 to 100%, while the smooth regulation of the radiation dose is ensured, which allows you to reduce electricity costs and extend the service life of the emitter.

The automatic cleaning system minimizes the formation of deposits. It can be carried out manually and with the help of a built-in chemical washing system.

In addition, at the request of the customer, WEDECO BX units can be equipped with an automatic cleaning system that prevents the formation of organic and inorganic deposits on the protective quartz covers. This system of cleaning the quartz covers of the emitters makes it possible to minimize forced interruptions in work. The automatic cleaning system uses Teflon rings resistant to UV radiation.
