WEDECO A/B-PE Series
UV disinfection systems of the A/B-PE series inactivate bacteria, viruses, yeasts, parasites and cryptosporidia effectively and without harm to the environment without the use of chemical reagents.
- Recommended range of water temperature: 5 - 35 ºC
- Possible temperature range: 5 - 40 ºC
- UV transmission coefficient of water (254 nm, 1 cm): min 80%.
- The maximum working pressure is 6 bar.
- Automatic cleaning system
- Productivity (400 J/m2): up to 400 m³/h.
Features
- Maximum flow rate is 400 m³/h (2.5 MGD).
- The body material is HDPE high-pressure polyethylene.
- Standard certificate of the Norwegian Veterinary Institute.
- Highly efficient Spektrotherm UV lamp and ballast technology.
- Special UV solutions for corrosion protection.
- The AB/PE series is equipped with Spectrotherm lamps.
- The number of lamps in the installation is from 1 to 9. The guaranteed minimum life expectancy of one lamp is 10,000 working hours.
- The maximum working pressure is 6 bar.
- Optionally, it can be equipped with a manual lamp cleaning device.
- The set includes a calibration system for controlling the intensity of ultraviolet radiation.
- Water must have a minimum transmittance of at least 80% (UVTmin 80%).
- The A/B-PE Series is based on low-pressure, high-power amalgam lamps.
- Efficient and temperature-resistant Spektrotherm UV lamps inside the disinfection reactor guarantee maximum disinfection from low to high temperatures.
- Its excellent UV luminous flux is due to its high efficiency and exceptional temperature stability.
- The Spectrum Emission Controller (SEC) performs all control and monitoring functions of the UV system.
- A convenient front panel with a large display provides continuous information about all working conditions.
- A stable, calibrated UV sensor certified according to ÖNORM measures the intensity.
- Optionally, it can be equipped with a manual lamp cleaning device.
